На этом альбоме "Sacrilege" сделали сильный уклон в сторону чистопородного трэша, хотя местами продемонстрировали тягу к эпичности, пригодившуюся им впоследствии. Во время сессий Тони Мэя сменил Пол Морриси, затем в качестве второго гитариста присоединился Фрэнк Хили, а к концу года Бэйкер уступил барабаны Полу Бруксу. В дальнейшем установка отошла к Спайки Т. Смиту, а после отставки Морриси Хили переместился на бас. В сложившейся конфигурации "Sacrilege" записали вторую полнометражку, изданную также под крышей "Under One Flag". Но если кто-то ожидал от группы продолжения трэшевой вакханалии, он был сильно удивлен, поскольку коллектив резко сбросил темп и окунулся в вязкое болото дум-металла. О предыдущем релизе здесь напоминали лишь редкие фрагменты, а местами музыканты вторгались на территорию прогрессива. Так или иначе, но "Turn Back Trilobite" стал последним "кощунственным" релизом, поскольку уже в 1990 году команда распалась
