Более того, Pegazus получили приглашение на фестиваль в Вакене (а несколько позже и на евротур с HammerFall), однако незадолго до этого им пришлось уволить Кинга, и на тех концертах вместо него играл Эрик Мартинс. По возвращении на родину команда нашла постоянного басиста в лице Кори Беттса и в мае 1999-го записала третий альбом. И хотя из "Breaking The Chains" получилось неплохое продолжение "Wings Of Destiny", вспыхнувшие вскоре внутренние конфликты привели к увольнению Сесати. В то время Pegazus как раз участвовали в трибьюте Thin Lizzy, так что свой трек "Ballad Of A Thin Man" они записали с вокальными партиями Джонни, и лишь спустя три месяца к микрофону встал Роб Томпсон. Покончив с кадровой проблемой, "пегасы" полгода потратили на репетиции, а в январе 2001-го провели первое австралийское турне.
