Музыкально Tankard также не отказывают себе в движении, дабы растрясти своё пивное брюхо. "Vol(l)ume 14" – самый мелодичный альбом немцев за многие годы, максимально аргументирующий огромные порции спид-метала, что встречались частенько и раньше, но здесь приняли массовый характер. Пауэрный дух так и витает вокруг некоторые тем, хотя и трэшевый риффинг ни в коем случае не обижен. Финал "Weekend Warriors" аж на семь с половиной минут – тот самый шаг в сторону, "Rules For Fools" и "Brain Piercing Of Death" – шлягеры старой школы, выстроенные по всем канонам. Структура пластинки вполне стандартна: здесь есть четыре-пять качественных энергетиков, остальное тихонько проходит мимо.
