После выхода релиза Prostitute Disfigurement отправляются в продолжительный Европейский тур в компании с Deicide и Cannibal Corpse. 2007 год был полностью посвящён записи четвёртого полноформатника, запись которого началась весной того же года на Andy Classens' Stage One Studio. CD, так же как и DVD, вышел летом летом следующего года на Neurotic Records. После 2 лет тишины группа возвращается в немного обновлённом составе.
