Hobbs' Angel Of Death - наиболее важная группа в истории австралийского метала. Коллектив был сформирован в 1986 в качестве соло-проекта лидера Питера Хоббса после распада его первой команды Tyrus. Ребята исполняли старомодный трэш в духе Slayer, но сам Хоббс отзывался о собственном стиле как "virgin metal" - так как по его словам они играли самую чистую и незамутненную форму металла.
