С музыкальной точки зрения альбом представлял собой яркий пример звуковой жестокости и бескомпромиссного отношения к волнующим темам, отраженнымв текстах. Брутальный саунд TREPONEM PAL берет свое начало в творчестве HEAD OF DAVID, VOIVOD и GORE. Альбом получился тяжелый, больше металлический,нежели индустриальный. Фронтмэн Марко мрачно сотрясает воздух скрежетом своего пугающего, надрывного голоса. Мало того, что голос не как у ангела,так этот "певец урбанистической преисподней" еще и лирику изрыгает причудливую и агрессивную, которая может родиться только в воспаленном или по каким–либо причинам искаженном сознании.
