Primigenium (Испания, Мадрид) был сформирован в 1992 году Smaug'ом и Alhaz'ом как блэк-металлическая команда. Вскоре были написаны и первые композиции, представляющие собой простой Black Metal с влиянием таких команд как Bathory и Bell R. В течение следующего года Primigenium имели ряд проблем, касающихся аппаратуры и репетиционных помещений, поэтому работа шла медленно. В течение 1993 года Primigenium пересматривают свою концепцию, приходя к философскому осмыслению Black Metal. Меняется также и музыка, теперь это быстрый и злой блэк, с сильным влиянием норвежской сцены…
