В 2011 году Aenaon подписали контракт с лейблом Code666 на выпуск первого полноформатного альбома, который получил название "Cendres Et Sang". Этот альбом записывался более года на нескольких студиях, а мастеринг был произведён Том'ом Kvalsvoll'ом в студии Strype в Норвегии..Работу над оформлением альбома взял на себя польский художник-фантазёр Lukasz Wodynski, а в записи "Cendres Et Sang" отметились многочисленные приглашённые гости по части вокала, фортепиано и саксофона.
