Группа Depresy была образована в августе 1991 года в Словакии. Начались активные репетиции группы, в конечном итоге приведшие к первому и малоизвестному демо "If Dream Will Be Real", вышедшему в 1992 году. Спустя год увидело свет второе демо под названием "In Embrace of the Dying". Это было демо из 6 треков агрессивного дэза с элементами дума.
