Треки 1-6 являются демо-записями из эпохи Take as Needed for Pain, которые закончились на сплитах и синглах. Треки 7-9 являются отрывками из оригинальных сессий Dopesick. Эти треки позже появились в переизданиях каждого альбома Century Media 2006 года. На некоторых изданиях этого альбома на обложке изображен красный череп вместо белого.
