Year of the Dragon is the ninth studio album released by the German europop duo Modern Talking. It was released on 28 February 2000 through Hansa Records and distributed by BMG. Year of the Dragon enter the German album chart at No. 3 on 13 March 2000 and spent two weeks in the top-5, it spent total of 18 weeks on the album chart and eventually went platinum shipping over 300,000 units in Germany.
