Убедительное рубилово, стёб, заставляющий ухмыляться: старинный и проверенный в боях рецепт Nuclear Assault. И то, и другое начинается с первой же песни: «Game Over» ассоциируется с пост-атомными кошмарами с прошлого одноимённого альбома (1986), дескать, хана всей человеческой культуре. Но после солидных трэшевых рифов слышатся звуки игровых автоматов. «Nightmare» – вещь куда более серьёзная, не лишённая ни скорости, ни мелодии. И ничем иным, кроме как издевательством и оскорблением общественного вкуса «You Figure It Out» (в народе просто: «Buttfuck») не является: расколбас в духе небезызвестных SOD модели 1985 года, переходящий в блюзовые запилы и пьяные базары Коннели. «Justice» и «Plague» показывают, в свою очередь, что NA вполне могут и по-серьёзному, и в тексте, и музыкально.

"Coming Soon To A Theatre Near You!!!" являет собой переиздание дебютного мини-альбома коллектива с добавлением изрядного количества бонусов. Первое издание диска в целом не нашло дорогу к своему слушателю по причине плохой дистрибуции предыдущего лейбла команды, но вот дельцы из Osmose Productions взялись исправить столь нелепую ошибку судьбы... хм, поглядим что из этого получилось.
Notre Dame играют некую невообразимую смесь из black metal, gothic metal... вот тут еще значится erotique metal (чтобы это значило?) и всякий другой metal, но в целом их музыку можно именовать horror metal. Тяжелая музыка с различными театральными спецэффектами, потусторонним мужским вокалом, женским вокалом, и соответствующим общим настроением кромешного мрака, плюс выдающийся имидж музыкантов.

В результате их песня "Rape (The Virgin Mary)" была включена в сборник "Rock Hards Unerhort CD 7", и несколько лейблов проявили серьезный интерес к группе. Ninnghizhidda выбрала голландский Displeased Records. Наконец, в 2001 году ребята начали записывать на студии следующий альбом "Demigod", который стал оригинальной смесью музыки Dimmu Borgir и Samael, вобрав всё лучшее из этих коллективов.

Музыка группы ничуть не поменялась. CATHEDRAL он и есть CATHEDRAL. Но надо отметить большую разнообразность альбома. Здесь есть всё лучшее со всех альбомов. Например "Voodoo Fire" как будто написан для альома "The Ethereal Mirror", а "Dust Of Paradise" здорово подошла бы для "Forest Of Equilibrium", особенно если изменить вокал на рычащий.. Есть и быстрые композиции, и более медленные, и даже очень медленные. Надо отметить и возросшую мелодиччность. CATHEDRAL нашёл свой коронный стиль давно и, я думаю, вряд ли когда-нибудь его изменит.. За это они , как минимум, достойны уважения.

Bitches Brew is a studio album by the American jazz trumpeter, composer, and bandleader Miles Davis. It was recorded from August 19 to 21, 1969, at Columbia's Studio B in New York City and released on March 30, 1970, by Columbia Records. It marked Davis's continuing experimentation with electric instruments that he had featured on his previous record, the critically acclaimed In a Silent Way (1969). With these instruments, such as the electric piano and guitar, Davis departed from traditional jazz rhythms in favor of loose, rock-influenced arrangements based on improvisation.
