Этот ЕР стал для швейцарской группы Samael поворотным в карьере: именно на нем впервые коллектив продемонстрировал свое собственное видение тяжелой музыки и окончательно стал на рельсы экспериментов, вдохновляемый творческим наследием Laibach. Как такового блэка в музыке не осталось, наоборот, появился мрачный, в чем-то депрессивный, но безумно притягательный и магически завораживающий гибрид электроники и тяжелых гитар со становящимся фирменной чертой группы отстраненным и холодным вокалом. Rebellion содержит одноименную мощную и качевую вещь, любопытную интерпретацию песни Alice Cooper “I Love The Dead”, две переосмысленных в новом звуке и с новым подходом к творчеству визитные карточки группы из прошлого “After The Sepulture” и особенно удавшуюся мистическую “Into The Pentagram”.

Альбом, по сути, является сборником всех(ну или почти всех) лучших вещей MC c последних 4-х альбомов. Так что он прекрстно подойдёт тем, кто плохо(или вообще не) знаком с творчеством группы. Ну те, кто уже давно слушает Malevolent Creation, то же выиграют от приобретения этого альбома, т.к. не придётся вместе с плеером, таскать с собой 4 кассеты(или CD), а достаточно будет взять одну :))Про качество записи я не говорю, т.к. песни, ясное дело, не перезаписывались, так что звучание соответствует альбому, с которго брался трек.

Satariel по-прежнему не хватает легкости в подаче материала и его сбалансированности: большинство песен сами по себе очень неплохие, с внятной и разнообразной мелодикой, с хорошим вокальным дуэтом чистого вокала а-ля тот же Марколин и дэт / блэкового гроула, но в контексте альбома слушаются с трудом, оставляя слушателя скорее в недоумении, чем гарантируя наслаждение, образуя сумбур в мыслях и полную неспособность вспомнить какой-то конкретный трек.

По его мнению, диск воспринимается как плохо структурированная мешанина из разноплановых композиций — из представленных на нём песен только четыре являются по-настоящему новыми («All Hope in Eclipse», «Born in a Burial Gown», «Suicide and Other Comforts», «Scorched Earth Erotica»), а остальные представляют собой либо перезаписанные версии старых песен («Summer Dying Fast», «The Principle of Evil Made Flesh», «The Black Goddess Rises II»), либо инструментальные треки. Кроме того, в альбом вошла кавер-версия песни Sisters of Mercy «No Time to Cry». Disintegration is the eighth studio album by English alternative rock band The Cure, released on 2 May 1989 by Fiction Records. The record marks a return to the introspective and gloomy gothic rock style the band had established in the early 1980s. As he neared the age of thirty, vocalist and guitarist Robert Smith had felt an increased pressure to follow up on the group's pop successes with a more enduring work. This, coupled with a distaste for the group's newfound popularity, caused Smith to lapse back into the use of hallucinogenic drugs, the effects of which had a strong influence on the production of the album. The Cure recorded Disintegration at Hookend Recording Studios in Checkendon, Oxfordshire, with co-producer David M. Allen from late 1988 to early 1989. During production, founding member Lol Tolhurst was fired from the band.

To the Faithful Departed is the third studio album by Irish alternative rock band The Cranberries, released on 30 April 1996. The album was made in memory of Denny Cordell who signed the band to Island Records and Joe (vocalist Dolores O'Riordan's grandfather), who had both died that year.

Forgiven, Not Forgotten is the debut studio album by Irish pop rock group The Corrs. It was released by Atlantic Records on 26 September 1995 across the world. The album was primarily produced by David Foster, with additional production by Jim Corr. In January 1997, a special tour edition of the album was released in Australia and New Zealand and featured a bonus disc containing live and rare tracks which were recorded from their Forgiven, Not Forgotten World Tour.
