The One Thing is an album by Michael Bolton, released on November 16, 1993. Although this album contained the hit "Said I Loved You...But I Lied", which reached #6 in the U.S., it did not match the sales of his previous two albums and was an early sign of his faltering chart success after 1993. Nevertheless, the album was a respectable hit on its own going 3xPlatinum in the US only and selling approximately 6 million copies worldwide.

International Pop Overthrow is the debut studio album by Material Issue, released on Mercury Records in February 5, 1991. The album was recorded in multiple recording sessions between 1988 and 1991, with the total recording costs reaching only $5,000. Mercury Records only expected the record to sell about 70,000 copies. However, it initially sold about 180,000 copies, with final sales exceeding 300,000. It reached #86 on the Billboard 200 album chart. The album was produced by Jeff Murphy, guitarist/vocalist for the band Shoes, at the Shoes' Short Order Recorder studio, in Zion, Illinois.

Performance is a 1989 studio album by Marti Webb (born 13 December 1944, Hampstead, North West London) with the Philharmonia Orchestra. Although originally released in 1989 on LP it has subsequently been released in 1993, 1994 and 1996 on CD.
The album was produced by Chris Walker for First Night Records and released by Telstar Records in the UK and by WEA records in Eire.
