Attitude was originally released in 1992 as a way for Glenn to “explore his musical boundaries.” Those boundaries seem to consist of embracing the West Coast Thrash genre as opposed to his native New York sounds. Bands like Anthrax, Overkill, and Nuclear Assault were really the embodiment of the NYC Hard Core sound of the 80’s and early 90’s. Whereas bands like Metallica, Megadeth, and Exodus had the same kind of aggression, they didn’t come across as blunt as their East Coast brethren.
