(The Whole Is Greater Than) The Sum of Its Parts is the sixth studio album by British electronic dance music artist Chicane. He announced the title of the album on the ninth volume of his monthly radio podcast show Chicane Presents Sun:Sets on July 28, 2014. It was released on January 25, 2015.

The album of "Behind The Sun" (2000 year) was remastered and re-released on Armada Music, including a brand new version of Bryan Adams collab "Don’t Give Up". 13 years after its first release, the album saw the daylight once again, proving the timelessness of the Chicane sound.
