This re-imagined take on the progressive rock classic is a collaborative venture: the London Orion Orchestra form the backbone with contributions from Alice Cooper, Rick Wakeman and tribute band Australian Pink Floyd. Wish You Were Here Symphonic translates the sounds and melodies of the original album into a classical music setting – and the results are electrifying. It’s a fine choice of subject matter to transpose in this way, since the source material is symphonic in its structure and scope.

"I Believe in Little Things" is a carefully curated album that highlights Diana Panton's enchanting vocals on obscure gems and classic children's masterpieces from Disney, Sesame Street, Willa Wonka and the Chocolate Factory etc. Her sweet pure expression is a hand-in-glove fit for this timeless material. There is a penetrating power to Panton's storytelling of the songs. This, coupled with exemplary recording quality, Don Thompson's delightful jazz arrangements and masterful accompaniment by Thompson, Reg Schwager and Coenraad Bloemendal give new scope to this repertoire.

Thornbridge plays old school power metal following long prevailing peers, from native Germany and elsewhere across Europe. Think Helloween, Gamma Ray, Blind Guardian, Running Wild among others. Their metal is classic heavy metal combined with speed metal, with nominal symphonic notes. Quick guitar and bass lines are powered by thundering and galloping drums. For the guitar side, Thornbridge leans heavily on twin guitar harmony, then has one guitarist rip of some fine and fiery solos. Riffs and solos are in abundance here. Vocals also lend to the harmony, often melodic and choral like effect, a common standard of traditional power metal. Yet vocalist Joerg "Mo" Naneder has a bit of raw raspy presentation in his voice.

After the release of their latest, highly-acclaimed studio record called »Heroes«, Swedish heavy metal heroes SABATON hit the charts in various countries on high positions, f.e.
