José James has announced the release date of his next album. The critically acclaimed vocalist will honor his “musical mother” Billie Holiday‘s 100th birthday with the March 31 release of his latest project, "Yesterday I Had The Blues: The Music of Billie Holiday". Produced by Blue Note Records president Don Was, the album will feature pianist Jason Moran, bassist John Patitucci, and drummer Eric Harland alongside James as they cover nine songs that were either written or popularized by the legendary blues songstress.

Works Volume 2 is the sixth studio album by Emerson, Lake & Palmer, released in 1977. Volume 2 was a single album which seemingly was a compilation of leftover tracks from other album sessions that had not made those albums. While many derided the album for its apparent lack of focus, others felt that it showed a different side of the band, with blues, bluegrass and jazz being very prominent as musical genres in this recording.

Endless Forms Most Beautiful is the eighth album by Finnish symphonic power metal band Nightwish. Homo Erraticus is the sixth studio album by British progressive rock musician Ian Anderson, former frontman of Jethro Tull. Released on 14 April 2014, Homo Erraticus is a concept album, loosely connected to Jethro Tull's Thick as a Brick (1972) and Anderson's Thick as a Brick 2 (2012), since it again credits the lyrics to the fictional character Gerald Bostock.
