The veteran U.K. guitar hero Chris Spedding has worked with practically everyone, from Brian Eno and John Cale to Cleo Laine and the Wombles, and at the age of 70 he's still picking up a storm and full of rock & roll attitude, as demonstrated on his 2015 solo effort Joyland, his first album under his own name in six years.

The last album from internationally acclaimed vocalist/songwriter/keyboardist Elizabeth Shepherd was 2012's album of standards, Rewind. It was a sweet treat, but it's pleasing that she returns, with real success, to original composition on The Signal, her fifth album. Shepherd possesses a beautifully relaxed and unaffected vocal style, one a little suggestive of Sade. She's also a fluent keyboardist, concentrating on Rhodes here, and she has made real strides as a producer. Subtle musical touches from instruments as diverse as steel pan (on "B.T. Mr Twin Sister, formerly Twin Sister, is an American band from Long Island. This is the second full length album by the five members of Twin Sister, now known as Mr Twin Sister. 'Depeche Mode Live in Berlin' was filmed on location at the O2 World Berlin on November 25th and 27th, 2013 during the band's extremely successful 'Delta Machine' Tour which saw them play to over 2.4 million people in 32 countries. Depeche Mode was touring in support of their lauded 13th studio album, Delta Machine, which debuted at #1 in 12 countries worldwide in March 2013. War Heroes is the sixth studio album (third studio album released posthumously) by American guitarist Jimi Hendrix, released on October 1 and December 1972 in the UK and the US, respectively. It was engineered, mixed and compiled by Eddie Kramer and John Jansen. Though Hendrix produced many of the songs, he was not credited for such.

Jimi Plays Monterey is a posthumous live album by Jimi Hendrix released in February 1986. The album documents The Jimi Hendrix Experience's performance at the Monterey Pop Festival on June 18, 1967. As well as songs from the band's debut album Are You Experienced, Monterey also includes covers of "Killing Floor" (Howlin' Wolf), "Like a Rolling Stone" (Bob Dylan), "Rock Me Baby" (B. B. King) and "Wild Thing" (Chip Taylor). The version of "Wild Thing" on the album is one of the most notable live performances ever, as, in an iconic moment in rock history, he sets his guitar alight after the song and then smashes it.
