The Breeze: An Appreciation of JJ Cale is an album by Eric Clapton & Friends and it is dedicated to his former collaborator JJ Cale. It was named after his 1972 single "Call Me the Breeze". It was produced by Clapton and Simon Climie.

Fall Out Boy began writing for their sixth studio album in the summer of 2014 while still promoting their previous release Save Rock and Roll (2013) on the tour Monumentour with fellow American band Paramore. Recording began soon after, with the track "Centuries" being one of the first songs to be written and recorded. By late November, all the songs were written and the album was 80% complete but still needed finishing.

Live from Texas is a live DVD/Blu-ray by ZZ Top. It was recorded on November 1, 2007, at the Nokia Theatre in Grand Prairie, Texas, and released on June 24, 2008, by Eagle Rock Records. It was also released on audio CD in Europe on October 28, 2008, and in the US on November 4, 2008. A vinyl version is also available in Europe.

In an age when heavy metal has been nearly subgenred to death, it’s refreshing as hell to hear a young band playing straight-up metal with no narrow- minded qualifiers or categories in earshot. On their full-length debut, Salt Lake City’s Visigoth deliver the real-deal old-school goods with power and swagger to spare, invoking the likes of early Dio (“Dungeon Master”), Di’ Anno-era Iron Maiden (“Blood Sacrifice”), and maybe even a touch of Riot (“Creature of Desire”). This is an exceptional Acoustic Alchemy album. Their body of studio work is great. I've been following them from the start, and I've enjoyed the evolution of their sound album to album. Seeing them live is always a joy, usually as a 5 piece - 2 guitars, keyboards, bass and drums with the occasional guest on saxophone or trumpet. This live album was recorded in London with the latest incarnation of the group (and no guest). It must have been recorded at the Pizza Express, Dean Street, but the album notes don't say that. That's the only London venue that I know they've played in the last few years. I've seen them there and at The Stables, but not last year or this. Listening to this album that's now a big regret, but this makes up for it big time. The live setting allows them to relax and stretch out the arrangements. There is an extra energy and immediacy to their interplay that is really difficult to recreate in the studio, and this recording captures that live essence perfectly.

"For the Kingdom" is an EP by the melodic hard rock/heavy metal band Unisonic. It features one future album track, an exclusive song and four live tracks recorded during the band's Masters Of Rock Festival performance in 2012. It was released on 23 May 2014, with cover art credited to Martin Haeusler.
