A condensed 2-CD version of the compilation was also available containing highlights from the 4-CD set. The popular hit single "Hold Me" was only available on this format as was the track "Bermuda Triangle". The new track "Love Shines" was released as a single in the UK, whereas the track "Paper Doll" was released in the US instead.

The Hollies are an English rock group known for their pioneering and distinctive three part vocal harmony style. The Hollies became one of the leading British groups of the 1960s (231 weeks on the UK singles charts during the 1960s; the 9th highest of any artist of the decade) and into the mid 1970s. Formed by Allan Clarke and Graham Nash in late 1962 as a Merseybeat type music group in Manchester, although some of the band members came from towns north of there. Graham Nash left the group in 1968 to form the supergroup Crosby, Stills & Nash.

The Hollies: 20 Golden Greats was a compilation album by The Hollies, CDP 7 46238 2, produced in 1978 by EMI by Ron Richards. The CD cover's subtitle is "20 great sounds that grew out of the North." The album peaked at No. 2 in the UK album chart.

A Letter Home is the thirty-fourth studio album by Canadian musician Neil Young. It was released on April 19, 2014 on Record Store Day by Third Man Records. The entire album, which consists of covers of classic songs by artists Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, Gordon Lightfoot and others, was recorded in a refurbished 1947 Voice-o-Graph vinyl recording booth at Jack White's Third Man store in Nashville, Tennessee.

Rock 'n' Roll Telephone is the twenty-third album by the Scottish rock band Nazareth, released in June 2014 by Union Square Music. It is their latest album with singer Dan McCafferty who left the group before its release.

Wake the Sleeper is the 21st studio album by the progressive rock band Uriah Heep. It is their first studio album since 1998's Sonic Origami. It is also their first album since 1980's "Conquest" without long-time drummer Lee Kerslake, who had to withdraw from the band due to ill health in 2007, putting an end to the band's longest-lasting lineup (which existed for 21 years).
