Taking Chances is the tenth English-language and 23rd studio album overall by Canadian singer Celine Dion, released by Columbia Records on November 7, 2007. It was her first new studio album since 2003's One Heart. Dion returned to the music scene after almost five years of performing A New Day... in Las Vegas. She collaborated on Taking Chances with various rock, R&B and Pop producers, including John Shanks, Linda Perry, ex-Evanescence members Ben Moody and David Hodges, Kristian Lundin, Ne-Yo, Chuck Harmony, Tricky Stewart, the Eurythmics' David A. Stewart, Kara DioGuardi, Emanuel Kiriakou, Anders Bagge, Peer Åström, Aldo Nova, Christopher Neil and Guy Roche.

Beverley Craven is the debut album by British singer Beverley Craven. It was released in July 1990. The album was fully written by Craven herself.
Craven signed to Epic Records in 1988, and initially recorded the album with American producer Stewart Levine (of Simply Red fame). The initial results, however, were not of Craven's liking and, with the agreement of her label, she restarted from scratch working with Paul Samwell-Smith, who eventually produced the whole album. Levine's production of her songs were eventually released as b-sides to some of her singles, under the label "West Coast Version".

The style of the album is comparable with the first album and consists mainly of pop ballads, happy songs and one cover version. After releasing a cover version of "Eternal Flame" on the previous album, Susanna Hoffs from The Bangles was asked to write a track for the album called "Love Doesn't Have to Hurt". The girls teamed up with Rob Davis for the songwriting and production of several songs and as a result, Kylie Minogue with whom he frequently collaborated, donated the song "Feels So Good" to the album. Out of gratitude and because they feel it is a great title, the group decided to name the album after that song.
