Heartbeat City is the fifth studio album by American rock band the Cars, released on March 13, 1984, by Elektra Records. The band produced the album with Robert John "Mutt" Lange.
This marks the band's first album not produced by long-time producer Roy Thomas Baker. It also represented a return to the success of the band's self-titled debut album, with critic Robert Christgau noting that "the glossy approach the Cars invented has made this the best year for pure pop in damn near twenty years, and it's only fair that they should return so confidently to form." Numerous tracks from the album received airplay on modern rock and AOR stations, with the singles "Drive" and "You Might Think" reaching the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100, while the album peaked at number three on the Billboard 200.

The Good Earth is the fifth studio album released by Manfred Mann's Earth Band in 1974. Its opening song is a cover of "Give Me the Good Earth", written by Gary Wright and released on his 1971 solo album Footprint, while tracks 2 and 3 were originally by Australian progressive rock band Spectrum.
Early owners of each copy of The Good Earth were entitled to rights over 1 square foot of the earth situated at Llanerchyrfa in the County of Brecon, in Wales. The inner sleeve included a coupon that had to be sent for registration. This was part of the promotion activities linked to the album that had ecological inspirations. There was no swindle and thousands of fans were registered. Registration could be done on or before 31 December 1975.

Толко в начале девяностых Глен возвращается к музыке, тогда пришлось опять начинать с истоков, который он сам когда то заложил, а точнее группа Трапеза вновь приняли его в свои ряды. Девяностые стали для Гленна более плодотворнее чем вся его прошлая карьера, много сольных и совместных альбомов, а так же участие в различных проектах. Второй альбом Хьюза под названием "Блюз" увидел свет в 1992 году и стал весьма популярным, tto через два года выходит третий диск "Бернинг Джапан лайв"

Ordinary Man (stylised as ØRD†NARY MAN) is the twelfth studio album by English heavy metal singer Ozzy Osbourne. It was released on 21 February 2020 through Epic Records. It was produced by Andrew Watt and Louis Bell. This is the longest gap between two albums from Osbourne to date, spanning almost ten years since Scream. The first single of the album, "Under the Graveyard", was released on 8 November 2019. The second single, "Straight to Hell", was released on 22 November 2019. The third single and title track featuring singer Elton John was released on 10 January 2020. The fourth single "It's a Raid" featuring Post Malone was released on 20 February 2020, a day before the release of the album.

Second Flight: Live at the Z7 is the second live album by American progressive rock supergroup Flying Colors. The band recorded it on October 12, 2014 at the Z7 Konzertfabrik in Pratteln, Switzerland. Mike Portnoy chose the location because both Flying Colors and other bands of his had recorded multiple shows at the 013 in Tilburg. It was a challenging show for the band to perform because this was only the eighth show on the tour. The album title was coined by Portnoy.

From Out of Nowhere is the fourteenth studio album by British rock band Electric Light Orchestra (ELO), and the second credited to Jeff Lynne's ELO. The band's first studio album in four years, it was released on 1 November 2019 through Big Trilby and Columbia Records. The title track was released as the lead single on 26 September 2019. Lynne played most instruments on the album.

Whoosh! is the twenty-first studio album by English rock band Deep Purple, released on 7 August 2020.
The group collaborated with producer Bob Ezrin, who had also worked for their previous two albums. They enjoyed the recording and production. Its release was promoted by a series of press statements from singer Ian Gillan, such as "Another album?! Whoosh?!! Gordon Bennett!!!". He explained the album's title was chosen for its onomatopoeic qualities, and "when viewed through one end of a radio-telescope, describes the transient nature of humanity on Earth". He also said fans should simply listen to the album as an enjoyable experience.

В составе на тот момент числилось четыре человека - гитарист Дэвид Фейнштейн, клавишник Микки Ли Соул, барабанщик Гэри Дрисколл, и сам Ронни, который в те стародавние времена еще играл на бас гитаре. Сразу хотелось бы предупредить всех поклонников Дио - материал, исполняемый Elf, не имеет почти никакого отношения даже к творчеству Rainbow, а уж к Dio и Black Sabbath тем более. Elf играют старомодный хард рок, весь насквозь пропитанный духом 60-ых. Даже столь традиционного для харда звучания органа "Хэммонд" почти совсем нет, основной инструмент Микки - обычное пианино. Ну а любители "фирменных" сказочно-мистических текстов рискуют впасть в шок, услышав маэстро исполняющего песни типа "Love Me Like A Woman". Но, несмотря на все эти нюансы, я искренне рекомендую ознакомится с творчеством Elf всем почитателям Ронни. Во-первых, все гениальные музыканты с чего то начинали. Ну а во-вторых, это самое начало у Дио очень даже неплохое. Такие замечательные не напрягающие треки как "Hoochie Koochie Woman" или "I'm Coming Back For You" создают приятную атмосферу возвращения лет на 40 назад, когда классический рок-н-ролл был живее всех живых.

Kiss, впервые за двадцать лет, принялись писать новый альбом в "классическом" составе. Для полного воскрешения нужной рабочей атмосферы в создании "Psycho-Circus" учавствовал даже сам Боб Эзрин! Communiqué is the second studio album by the British rock band Dire Straits released on 15 June 1979 by Vertigo Records internationally and by Warner Bros. Records in the United States. The album produced the single "Lady Writer", which reached #45 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and #51 on the UK Singles Chart. The album reached #1 on album charts in Germany, New Zealand, and Sweden, #11 in the United States and #5 in the United Kingdom. Communiqué was later certified gold in the United States, platinum in the United Kingdom and double-platinum in France.

"Song Sung Blue" is a 1972 hit song written and recorded by Neil Diamond, inspired by the second movement of Mozart's Piano Concerto #21. It was released on Diamond's album, Moods and later appeared on many of Diamond's live and compilation albums.
It was his second #1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in the United States, after 1970's "Cracklin' Rosie", and to date his last solo #1 song (he had #1 duet with Barbra Streisand in 1978: You Don't Bring Me Flowers). It spent twelve weeks in the Top 40. In addition, "Song Sung Blue" spent seven weeks at #1 on the adult contemporary chart. It also made the pop chart in the United Kingdom, reaching #14 on the UK Singles Chart. The song has become one of Diamond's standards, and he often performs it during concerts.
