David Gilmour is the first solo album by Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour. The album was released in May and June 1978 in the United Kingdom and the United States, respectively. The album reached number 17 in the UK and number 29 on the Billboard US album charts; it was certified Gold in the US by the RIAA. The album was produced by Gilmour, and consists mostly of blues, guitar oriented rock songs except for the piano-dominated ballad "So Far Away".

About Face is the second studio solo album by Pink Floyd vocalist and guitarist David Gilmour. Released in March 1984, it was co-produced by himself and Bob Ezrin. Two tracks, "All Lovers Are Deranged" and the more radio-friendly "Love on the Air", were co-written by Gilmour and his long-time friend Pete Townshend, the main songwriter for legendary rock band The Who (Gilmour composed the music and Townshend wrote the lyrics).

City Of Lights is an exciting new melodic hard rock collaboration between British newcomer songwriter/guitarist Neil Austin and Greek vocal sensation Manos Fatsis (Odyssey Desperado/Hideaway). They deliver hard-edged melodic anthems driven by crunching riffs and lush keyboard textures combined with soaring, passion-filled vocal melodies.
The project was born when Austin - armed with a collection of songs inspired by the classic hard rock sounds of the 80s and the new wave of current AOR bands - began the search for a vocalist who possessed the tone, range and emotion to take the songs to the next level. After hearing Fatsis' work on Odyssey Desperado's "Don't Miss The Sunset" and Hideaway's self-titled debut, he knew he had found the right man. The two connected via Facebook and together they began working on honing the songs to perfection. When the time came to find a rhythm section, Austin reached out to members of his favourite band, brothers Robin (bass) and Mats (drums) Eriksson from modern melodic rock monsters degreed and after hearing the demos, both agreed to contribute to the album.

Lodger is the thirteenth studio album by English singer-songwriter David Bowie, released in 1979. The last of the 'Berlin Trilogy' recorded in collaboration with Brian Eno, it was produced in Switzerland and New York City, and was more accessible than its immediate predecessors Low and "Heroes", having no instrumentals and being somewhat lighter and more pop-oriented. It was still an experimental record in many ways and was not, by Bowie's standards, a major commercial success. Indifferently received by critics on its initial release, it is now widely considered, along with other albums such as Diamond Dogs, to be one of Bowie's most underrated albums.

Love… The Album is a hybrid part compilation, part new studio recordings album by British singer Cliff Richard, released by EMI on 12 November 2007 in the UK. The five new studio tracks were produced by Michael Omartian. It reached #13 in the UK Albums Chart.
