На мой взгляд, UNDERGROUND — одно из самых совершенных творений Грэма: роскошный музыкальный материал, изысканные, но без перегруза, аранжировки и, разумеется, совершенно неповторимая, невозможная "ларинго-акробатика".Обратите внимание: присутствующая здесь по настоянию productions версия LOST IN HOLLYWOOD сделана нарочито в "неблэкморовском" стиле. А как звучит!

1976 год стал для музыкантов судьбоносным, ибо свет увидел гениальный «Octoberon» — альбом, где настроение благословенной Осени передано особенно мастерски и колоритно. Примечательно, что в этом же году Genesis также выпускают свой самый «осенний» альбом «Wind & Wuthering». И потому есть нечто родственное в этих выдающихся работах. «Octoberon» открывает возвышенная симфоническая пьеса «The World Goes On». Затем звучит бодрая, перенасыщенная взрывной энергией весны (минувшей ли?), песня-манифест «May Day». Её сменяет психоделическая, длящаяся почти восемь минут, композиция «Ra», посвящённая египетскому богу Солнца. Далее, одна за другой, идут динамичные, с шикарными аранжировками, пьесы «Rock’N’Roll Star» (вскоре ставшая хитом), «Polk Street Rag» и «Believe In Me», которые постепенно приближают слушателя к финалу — композиции-шедевру «Suicide». В «Suicide» ведущая минорная тема обрамляется лирически-оркестровым звучанием и, под самый конец, она вливается в шум городских будней — хлопающая дверь, одинокие шаги на лестнице, голоса на улице осеннего города. И где-то позади всей этой суеты звучит удаляющийся куда-то вдаль оркестр. «Octoberon» по полному праву занимает одно из главных мест в списке новаторских работ арт-рока.

Понятно было и название следующей работы - "Rock En Espanol Vol. 1". Данный диск записывался на испанском языке, а в сессиях участвовал ряд приглашенных вокалистов, в том числе и Цезарь Розос из "Los Lobos".

Comes a Time is the ninth studio album by Canadian singer-songwriter Neil Young, released in 1978. It is a return to the country/folk rock sound of Harvest (1972). "Comes a Time" is also the title song and a single release from the album.The album originally started out as a solo record, but when Young played it for Reprise executives they asked him if he would consider adding rhythm tracks to what he already had. Young agreed, and the end product was Comes a Time. White Heart, also listed as Whiteheart, was an American contemporary Christian music pop-rock band which formed in 1982. White Heart's discography includes thirteen albums, the most recent of which was released in 1997. Original members Billy Smiley and Mark Gersmehl worked with a continually-changing cast of band-mates. In 1985, former roadie Rick Florian became the lead singer.

EP by the Irish rock band U2, released exclusively at Target Stores in the United States in 2002. It collects various B-sides from All That You Can't Leave Behind-era singles, which were previously unavailable in the US. The title refers to the number of tracks. Likewise, at the time of its release 7 was priced at almost seven US dollars. The title is also a homage to Three, the group's first release.

LAST AUTMN'S DREAM's 12th album "Paintings" is released in Europe in February 2015 and proposes as usual the combination of classic rock references with a modern sound. In October 2015 the band also made a successful performance at Rock City Festival in Nottingham.

Первые годы нового, пост-вирджиновского периода, были в основном посвящены работой над многочисленными саундтреками. Это было настоящей эпидемией - фильм следовал за фильмом и времени для студийной работы уже не оставалось. Конечно же, многое из созданного в тот период группой иначе как халтурой не назовешь, однако были в их багаже и вполне приличные работы. Удалась звуковая дорожка к фильму "OST Firestarter" - "Зажигающая взглядом" по Стивену Кингу - коллекция напряженных, тревожных ритмов в духе ранних работ группы.

Первый же альбом, одноименный группе, просто взорвал рок-прессу. К примеру, авторитетный онлайн-журнал melodicrock.com назвал его альбомом года. Мне остается подписаться под всеми комплиментами в адрес диска - он идеален. Особенно стоит отметить то, насколько непохожими получились песни. Пластинка наглядно демонстрирует, что AOR - очень разнообразный стиль, могущий оперировать разными настроениями и чувствами.

Let Go is the debut album by Canadian singer-songwriter Avril Lavigne, released on 4 June 2002. For a year after signing a record deal with Arista, Lavigne struggled due to conflicts in musical direction. Lavigne relocated to Los Angeles, California, and recorded there her earlier materials for the album, the kind of sound to which the label was not amenable. She was paired to the production team The Matrix, who understood her vision for the album.

The album follows the history of airborne exploration, from the mythological flight of Daedalus and Icarus to escape the labyrinth of the Minotaur in "Too Close to the Sun", through Leonardo da Vinci's search to design a flying machine, or ornithopter, in long-time Project drummer Stuart Elliott's "One Day To Fly", until finally mankind's aspirations for space exploration placed on the shoulders of a single astronaut in "So Far Away" and the subsequent superpower race to put a man on the moon in "Apollo", a track backed by John F. Kennedy's famous speech of 25 May 1961.
The song "Brother Up In Heaven" remembers Ian Bairnson's cousin Erik Mounsey who was killed in a friendly fire incident above Iraq in 1994.

Wind & Wuthering is the eighth studio album by English progressive rock band Genesis. It was released on 17 December 1976 on Charisma Records and is their last studio album to feature guitarist Steve Hackett. Following the success of their 1976 tour to support their previous album A Trick of the Tail, the group relocated to Hilvarenbeek in the Netherlands to record a follow-up album, their first recorded outside the UK. Writing and recording caused internal friction, for Hackett felt some of his contributions were dropped in favour of material by keyboardist Tony Banks.

We Can’t Dance (englisch für „Wir können nicht tanzen“) ist das 14. Studioalbum der britischen Rockband Genesis. Das im November 1991 veröffentlichte Werk ist das letzte Studioalbum der Gruppe, welches mit dem Sänger Phil Collins aufgenommen wurde, der fünf Jahre später die Band verließ und für das Album … Calling All Stations … (1997) durch Ray Wilson ersetzt wurde. Collins kehrte zwar 2006 zu Genesis zurück, jedoch ohne neues Material aufzunehmen.
