High Voltage!: A Brief History of Rock is a Kerrang! covermount CD released on May 31, 2006, featuring many older rock songs, covered by newer rock artists.

Fused is the second solo album by Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi, released in 2005. The album also features vocalist/bassist Glenn Hughes (who briefly fronted Black Sabbath in the mid-80s, assuming vocal duties on the album Seventh Star - an album that was originally intended to be Iommi's first solo album) and drummer Kenny Aronoff.

The Rifles are an English indie rock band from Chingford, London.

Their follow-up album, Great Escape, was released on 26 January 2009 and came in at No. 27 in the UK chart. Their third album Freedom Run was released on 19 September 2011 reaching No. 37 in the UK. Fourth album None The Wiser was their highest charting release when it reached No. 21 in 2014. The band released their fifth studio album Big Life on 19 August 2016.

Strange Days is the second album by American rock band The Doors, released in September 1967. It was a commercial success, initially earning a gold record and reaching #3 on the Billboard 200 albums chart. The album also yielded two top 30 hits and eventually a platinum certification. Despite all this, the album's producer, Paul Rothchild, considered it a commercial failure: "We all thought it was the best album. Significantly, it was also the one with the weakest sales. We were confident it was going to be bigger than anything The Beatles had done. But, there was no single. The record died on us.
