Swedish hard rockers Horisont take that one step further, by possessing the ability to take us back in time. The band has recently signed with Century Media Records, and on the 3rd of February will drop their 5th full-length album titled "About Time". For almost a decade Horisont has proved that it is possible to go backward in order to go forward, taking the iconic sounds of 70’s classic rock, and modernising it completely. ‘About Time’ is no exception to this and amidst the high-pitched riffs and classic melodies, there is an element of freshness that seeps through each and every song.

British rock legends Deep Purple will release their new album, "InFinite", the highly anticipated follow-up to their worldwide chart-topping effort "Now What?!", on April 7 via earMUSIC. "InFinite" was tracked in February 2016 at a studio in Nashville, Tennessee and was once again helmed by Bob Ezrin, who has previously worked with Kiss, Pink Flpyd, Peter Gabriel, Alice Cooper and Kansas, among others. A limited-edition EP for "Time For Bedlam", with non-album songs and unreleased recordings, will hit the shops on February 3.

Danger Money is the second album by the group U.K., featuring John Wetton, Eddie Jobson and Terry Bozzio. It was released by E.G. Records / Polydor in March 1979. "The Only Thing She Needs", "Caesar's Palace Blues" and "Carrying No Cross" had been performed on tour throughout 1978 (and an early version of "Carrying No Cross" included what became the intro to the title track) by the band's original line-up with Bill Bruford and Allan Holdsworth. From the session of the album, a new version of "In The Dead Of Night" was recorded, and was released as the B-side of the singles taken from the album. This "new" version has yet to appear on any CD release. "Rendezvous 6:02" and "Nothing to Lose" were both edited for single release.

This is Rock music as it could hardly be more pure and multi-faceted. The new album Sonic Child by ZODIAC could neither assign to a specific era of music history nor a narrow-minded specified style. The songs on Sonic Child are traditional and versatile, have strong riffs and driving drums, are affected by a well-tempered influence of the blues, with a carefully selected degree of hardness at any time. Frontman Nick van Delft is the focus of the enjoyable hustle and bustle, telling of little adventures and grand gestures. Some of it seems to be located in the desert of Arizona ('Penny And The Dead Horse `), whereas others seems to be in the cotton fields on the banks of the Mississippi River (' Rock Bottom Blues`). ZODIAC showcases the best statement on their artistic visions at the very end: 'Just Music'. Yes, that's the point here & nothing else!
