Barcelona is the second solo album recorded by Freddie Mercury, frontman of popular British rock band Queen, and operatic soprano Montserrat Caballé. Released in 1988. It is the second and final solo album recorded by Mercury.
After Barcelona was selected to host the 1992 Summer Olympics, Mercury was approached to write a song as a theme for the forthcoming games. The idea was to create a duet with Caballé, as she is from the city. He had been a long-standing admirer of her and she in turn grew to respect his talents very highly. They decided to work on an album together, with Mercury and Mike Moran taking the creative lead as songwriters. Mercury and Moran made and sent her tapes of the music with Mercury singing in falsetto as a guide vocal for Montserrat's parts. As they rarely had an opening in their schedule to meet, her parts were recorded at another location.

Records is a compilation album by American rock band Foreigner, released on November 29, 1982 to span the band's first four albums through 1981. Along with their sophomore effort, Double Vision, this album is the group's best-selling record. It has been certified 7x platinum by the RIAA. Some notable hits, such as "Blue Morning, Blue Day" and "Break It Up" are omitted.

Behind the Mask is the 15th studio album by British-American rock band Fleetwood Mac, released in 1990. It was the first album released by the band after the departure of guitarist Lindsey Buckingham. He was replaced by Billy Burnette and Rick Vito, both guitar players, singers and songwriters. Fleetwood Mac thus became a six-piece band with four singer/songwriters. The album was not as successful as its predecessor, Tango in the Night, nor did it spawn any big hit singles although "Save Me" made the US Top 40, while "Love Is Dangerous" and "Skies the Limit" enjoyed some airplay. "Save Me" and "Skies the Limit" were much more successful in Canada, where they both reached the Top 30. Though it barely reached the US Top 20, the album entered the UK Albums Chart at number 1 and achieved platinum status there. Following the album's release and subsequent world tour, bandmembers Stevie Nicks and Rick Vito left the band, though Nicks would rejoin in 1997.

Sammy Hagar. Ten 13.Released on the struggling Beyond record label in 2000, Ten 13 wasn't exactly a well-publicized release. An impressive list of artists joined Sammy Hagar around the turn of the century at Beyond only to release hefty musical but commercially non-viable recordings. Hagar fared better than most due to his solid fan base -- with which he managed to maintain a very close connection through touring, entertaining at his very popular bar and restaurant Cabo Wabo in Mexico, and by continuing to produce music generally true to his extremely popular '80s solo and Van Halen material.

Мысль записать весь альбом в одиночку уже приходила Питеру раньше, но, как и в случае, например, хотя бы с «The Future Now» 1978 г., здесь мы имеем точно такое же подтверждение тому обстоятельству, что очень часто для создания чего-то действительно стоящего одного человека мало. В целом работа получилась довольно скучной, и даже сам автор не считает ее выдающейся, однако повторюсь еще раз – очень плохих альбомов у Питера Хэммилла нет, так что и этот стоит послушать хотя бы для ознакомления.

Мрачное наступление багровых теней, сменяется предзакатной меланхолией большого города, меланхолия уступает место гнетущей тревоги и истерическим ноткам, и под конец отбросив все погружаешься в циничное спокойствие прошитое ниточками тоски. Все эти чувства смешанны в пять песнях на 40 минут: «Red», «Fallen Angel», «One More Red Nightmare», «Providence», «Starless».Ни капли занудства, хиповской расслабленности и пустого размазывания соплей по носителю. Думстерам будет не без интересно ознакомится с данным произведением из-за оригинального смешения мрачных и мощных рифов с любопытной перекурсией и тоскливыми мелодиями духовых и скрипки. Любители dark ambient’a могут заценить «Providence» - «инструментальную» композицию с размытой (особенно в начале) структурой и далеко не радостным чувствами
