"Everybody's Talkin'" is a song written and recorded by the American singer-songwriter Fred Neil in 1966 and released two years later. A version of the song performed by the American singer-songwriter Harry Nilsson became a hit in 1969, reaching No. 6 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and winning a Grammy Award after it was featured in the film Midnight Cowboy. The song, which describes the singer's desire to retreat from the harshness of the city to a more peaceful place and an easier life, is among the most famous works of both artists, and has been covered by many other notable performers.

...That's the Way It Is is the thirteenth album by American singer Harry Nilsson, released in 1976 on RCA Records. Aside from two original songs, the album consists of cover tunes.

The songs include "That Is All", written by George Harrison and originally released on Living in the Material World in 1973; America's "I Need You", from their eponymous 1971 album; Randy Newman's "Sail Away", from his 1972 album of the same name; and the Heartbeats' "A Thousand Miles Away". Harrison's song was recorded twice by Nilsson, to open and close the album.

"Die Another Day" is a song by American singer Madonna, recorded as the theme for the 2002 James Bond film of the same name. Following the lukewarm commercial performance of Garbage's "The World Is Not Enough" (1999), Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM) Pictures sought a globally recognized artist for the franchise's next theme. To mark the album's 20th anniversary, A New Day Yesterday was remixed, remastered and reissued in 2020 under the title A New Day Now: 20th Anniversary Edition. The reissue was produced by Kevin Shirley, features re-recorded vocals, and includes three previously unreleased recordings from 1997 produced by Steven Van Zandt. Before recording the album, Wings recruited lead guitarist Henry McCullough and released their debut single, "Give Ireland Back to the Irish", which was banned by the BBC for its political message. Recording sessions for the album took place throughout 1972 at five recording studios in London. The group also recorded the non-album singles "Mary Had a Little Lamb", "Hi, Hi, Hi" and "Live and Let Die", the last of which was issued in June 1973. Originally planned as a double album, it was condensed into a single LP at the request of EMI. The company believed that the material was not of a sufficiently high standard and were mindful of the modest sales of Wild Life and Wings' first two singles. Members McCullough and Denny Laine later expressed disappointment in the choice of songs on the single album.

Red Rose Speedway is the second studio album by the English-American rock band Wings, although credited to "Paul McCartney and Wings". It was released through Apple Records on 4 May 1973, preceded by its lead single, the ballad "My Love". The artist name change was made in the belief that the public's unfamiliarity with the band had been responsible for the weak commercial performance of the group's 1971 debut album Wild Life.
