Veteran rocker Jorn Lande is at it again. Life on Death Road will mark the ninth studio album for the Viking from Norway. Jorn’s vocals have often been compared to Dio and David Coverdale, but with all his success in the power metal world people are finally comparing other vocalists to him. His voice is strong and a bit raspy. This combined with his melodic style has created his own signature. Life on Death Road is another classic Jorn style album and he has assembled a lineup of veteran rockers to back him up. On bass is Mat Sinner (Primal Fear, Sinner, Kiske/Somerville), on keyboards is Alessandro Del Vecchio (Hardline, Revolution Saints), on drums Francesco Iovino (Primal Fear) and on guitar is Alex Beyrodt (Primal Fear, Voodoo Circle).
