The Singles 1992–2003 is a greatest hits album by American rock band No Doubt, released on November 14, 2003 by Interscope Records. It features thirteen of the band's singles from three studio albums—Tragic Kingdom (1995), Return of Saturn (2000), and Rock Steady (2001)—and the single "Trapped in a Box" from their 1992 self-titled debut album. The album also included a cover of Talk Talk's 1984 song "It's My Life", the only new song on the album and which was released as a single. It was released alongside the DVD Rock Steady Live, a video of a concert as part of the band's Rock Steady tour in 2002, and the box set Boom Box, which contained The Singles 1992–2003, Everything in Time, The Videos 1992–2003, and Live in the Tragic Kingdom.

Lest We Forget: The Best Of is the first greatest hits album by Marilyn Manson. A new song was recorded to promote the album, a cover of Depeche Mode's "Personal Jesus". The album was released at the end of September 2004.

Pushing the Senses is the fifth album by the British rock band Feeder. It was released on Echo, Liberation Music and PIAS on 31 January 2005 in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Europe, while being released on Pony Canyon in Japan on 10 February 2005. Despite mixed reviews, the album was a commercial success, in which it was a top five album in Feeder's native United Kingdom, and its lead single "Tumble and Fall" was a top five single. This made the album Feeder's most successful in terms of peak chart position, but did not experience the same chart longevity as presuccessor Comfort in Sound, which spent 36 weeks on the UK top 75 chart in comparison to the 15 weeks spent by Pushing the Senses.

Producido por Butch Vig, Nevermind fue el primer lanzamiento de la banda con DGC Records. El líder de la agrupación, Kurt Cobain, trató de hacer música fuera de los límites restrictivos de la escena grunge de Seattle, aprovechando la influencia de grupos como Pixies y su uso de la dinámica de canciones ruidosas y calmadas, con grandes composiciones y sonidos. In Utero (en español: «En el útero») es el tercer y último álbum de estudio de la banda estadounidense de grunge Nirvana, lanzado en septiembre de 1993 por DGC Records. Nirvana pretendía que esta grabación sonara diferente a la pulida producción de su anterior álbum, Nevermind (1991). A fin de lograr un sonido más natural y áspero, el grupo contrató al productor Steve Albini para grabar In Utero durante un periodo de dos semanas en febrero de 1993, en Pachyderm Studio. Bleach had sold 40,000 copies in North America before the release of Nevermind. It has since been certified platinum by the RIAA and has sold more than 1.9 million copies in the United States alone. It is Sub Pop's best-selling album to date and is unlikely to be surpassed by competitors. Frontman Kurt Cobain's death in April 1994 also led to a resurgence in the album's popularity, reaching number one on the Top Pop Catalog Albums chart. In April 2019, Bleach was ranked No. 13 on Rolling Stone's 50 Greatest Grunge Albums list.

По сравнению с предыдущим альбомом на этом звук стал заметнее жёстче, риффы тяжёлыми, это всё сказалась на увеличении удовольствия, получаемого от прослушивания диска. Несомненно, стоит отметить мастерство музыкантов, отличный вокал Майлса Кеннеди, качественную запись.
