Naked City: The Complete Studio Recordings is a five disc box set that contains all of the studio albums released by Naked City during their five-year history.
The five discs are accompanied by a book, Eight Million Stories: Naked City Ephemera, which contains a wealth of photos and art as well as testimonials from all five band members and numerous acquaintances, friends, fans and contributors such as Mike Patton, Yamatsuka Eye, Sean Lennon, Mick Harris and Eyvind Kang.

Curtis Stigers is the eponymous debut album by American jazz musician Curtis Stigers, released in 1991. It includes the hit singles "I Wonder Why" and "You're All That Matters to Me". The album peaked at number seven on the UK Albums Chart in 1992.

Six Silver Strings is the thirtieth studio blues album by B.B. King released in 1985. Promoted as a King's 50th album, the production is split between five David Crawford-produced tracks recorded in Miami with session musicians, and three tracks co-produced by filmmaker John Landis and his Into the Night soundtrack colleague Ira Newborn. AllMusic criticized the lackluster "pop rock" work shown in the Crawford-produced tracks, with uninspired performances from King

The Clyde Valley Stompers were the quintessence of the 1960’s European traditional jazz movement. They achieved chart success and world acclaim during this period alongside contemporaries Chris Barber, Humphrey Lyttelton, Acker Bilk and Kenny Ball. The Clyde Valley Stompers turned professional in 1956 led by trombonist Ian Menzies after founding member Jim McHarg emigrated to Canada. They subsequently recorded with the iconic ‘Decca’ label and during the next five years took part in a series of tours with influential jazz artistes from wider afield including Louis Armstrong, Sidney Bechet and Kid Oliver’s Original Creole Band.

B.B.KING & BOBBY BLAND: Together For The First Time That's "together for the first time" on disc, of course. ... Bland and King have shared stages since the '50s, when they were both members of the Beale Streeters, the legendary Memphis blues commune. In any case, this 1974 concert catches both artists at the peak of their game, recorded (with a nice sense of inside-the-band intimacy) in front of an extremely appreciative audience.

Blues on Top of Blues is the fourteenth studio album by B.B. King released in 1968 on BluesWay BLS-6011. The album reached a peak position of number 46 on Billboard's R&B Albums chart.

The album includes "Jazz, (Delicious Hot, Disgusting Cold)" which savagely parodied their early "trad" jazz roots and featured some of the most deliberately inept jazz playing ever recorded—the record company only allowed two hours of studio time per track, so it was completed in a single take to allow for the far more complex "The Intro and the Outro" in which every member of the band was introduced and played a solo, starting with genuine band members, before including such improbable members as John Wayne on xylophone, Adolf Hitler on vibes, and J. Arthur Rank on gong. Other 'band members' included Val Doonican, Horace Batchelor and Lord Snooty and His Pals.

Nick of Time topped the Billboard 200 chart, selling five million copies, and won three Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year, which was presented to its producer, Don Was. In 2003, the album was ranked number 229 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 500 greatest albums of all time.

Big Bad Voodoo Daddy is a contemporary swing revival band from Southern California. Their notable singles include "Go Daddy-O", "You & Me & the Bottle Makes 3 Tonight (Baby)", and "Mr. Pinstripe Suit". The band played at the Super Bowl XXXIII half-time show in 1999.

"Got My Mojo Working" is a blues song written by Preston "Red" Foster and first recorded by Ann Cole in 1956. Muddy Waters popularized it in 1957 and the song was a feature of his performances throughout his career. A mojo is an amulet or talisman associated with hoodoo, an early African-American folk-magic belief system. Rolling Stone magazine included Waters' rendition of the song on its list of 500 Greatest Songs of All Time at number 359.
