Как объясняют сами участники группы, "De-Phazz" — это сокраще­ние от словосочетания, которое в пе­реводе означает "будущее джаза".
Сборник "Plastic Love Memory" включает в себя неизданные ранее треки и ремиксы уже известных ком­позиций. Очень похожий диск встре­чается под названием "Rare tracks and remixes", похожее и оформление альбома, те же треки, но в другом по­рядке.
Музыка De-Phazz — это не эйсид- джаз в том смысле, который включа­ет в себя само определение, это ско­рее коктейль из даунтемпо, разбав­ленный трип-хопом, с добавкой джаз-дэнса и еще массой всяких ин­гредиентов, включая фанк, лаунж и еще что-то необъяснимое.

De-Phazz is a downtempo jazz ensemble integrating modern turntablism and elements of soul, Latin, trip hop and drum and bass into a lounge music sound. De-Phazz is led by Pit Baumgartner, a German producer who has varied the lineup of artists for every new album. Some regular members are Barbara Lahr, Karl Frierson and Pat Appleton.

Chris Botti in Boston is a live album by American jazz trumpeter Chris Botti. It was released on CD and DVD on March 31, 2009 through Decca Records.[1]
The album was certified platinum in the US and diamond in Poland. It was nominated at the 2010 Grammy Awards in categories Best Pop Instrumental Album and Best Long Form Music Video, while "Emmanuel" received a nomination for Best Instrumental Arrangement.

2008's Jazz For Peanuts is the brainchild of five-time Grammy nominated musician, composer and arranger David Benoit, ,who has been composing music for Peanuts TV specials for over 15 years Features Vince Guaraldi's 'Linus & Lucy', which has become popularly known as the Peanuts franchise theme. Most of the tracks from various Peanuts specials were re-recorded by Benoit while a few, most notably 'Linus and Lucy', were remastered from the original tapes. 10 tracks.

The albums Tutu, Amandla, Live Around the World, Miles & Quincy Live at Montreux, and Doo-Bop are each here in their entirety, as are excerpts from the soundtracks to Siesta and Dingo. The latter is orchestrated by Davis and Michel LeGrand; the album was only issued in Europe and Japan. Siesta (which featured Davis in his only major film role) and its soundtrack were slammed by critics and failed to connect with the buying public.

He is among the most influential and acclaimed figures in the history of jazz and 20th-century music. Davis adopted a variety of musical directions in a five-decade career that kept him at the forefront of many major stylistic developments in jazz.
