Второй альбом группы. Этим релизом ребята доказали, что им не чужд прогресс. Материал ощутимо прибавил в драйве, мелодичности, техничности. Первое, на что обращаешь внимание – это звук. На дебютном альбоме (“Behind Silence To Solitude” 2002) саунд был неплохим, но обладал некой глуховатостью. Здесь же нашему слуху представлен свежий, звонкий звук, обладающий необходимой для такого рода музыки драйвовостью. Мастерство музыкантов тоже радует: вокалист стал петь намного разнообразнее и применять чистый голос, гитаристы удивляют техничными соло в каждой песне и акустическими проигрышами в некоторых вещах, ритм-секция зазвучала более непробиваемо и плотно.

Circle Of Ouroborus - студийный экспериментальный блэк-метал-проект, сформированный в 2004 году на юге Финляндии в городе Тампере. Идея создания проекта принадлежит двум парням: известному инструменталисту, скрывающемуся под псевдонимом Atvar (Verivala, Vordr), и вокалисту Антти Клэми. В год основания парни подготовили и записали семь тем для своей первой демо-ленты "Introitus", лимитированный тираж которого составил всего 69 копий. В 2006 году Circle Of Ouroborus вместе с нидерландцами Urfaust приняли участие в сплит-альбоме "Auerauege Raa Verduistering" от фирмы Target:Earth Productions. Альбом просто потрясающий и до сих пор ими не превзойденный. Мощный звук, энергия, напор, не единой слабой вещи. Классика спид-поуэр металла. Блестящие композиции. А чего только стоит Yesterday - это действительно первая true power ballad (никакие скорповские сопливые баллады и рядом не валялись).Для своего времени альбом звучит очень здорово, тяжело и быстро, и если бы комаозиции были более сложными, то поставил бы 10 баллов. А так рекомендуется для обязательного прослушивания поклонникам speed/power metal.

Концепция Eluveitie достаточно проста: грубость, тяжесть и музыка, идущая от сердца. Этот метал становится мистическим, исконно кельтской народной музыкой. Музыкой для празднования свадеб и банкетов с дикими кельтскими танцами. Звук Eluveitie насыщен подлинной, традиционной кельтской народной музыкой, играемой богатой смесью инструментов. Здесь слово «кельтский» имеет скорее географическое значение, включая родную музыку кельтских стран всей Западной Европы: Швейцария, Бретань, Ирландия, Шотландия, Уэльс, Корнуолл и другие.

To Venus and Back, the fifth album released by singer and songwriter Tori Amos, is a two-disc album set including a studio album and a live album. The first disc, titled Venus: Orbiting, features eleven original songs that find Amos experimenting heavily in electronica. It spawned the singles "Bliss", "1000 Oceans", "Glory of the 80's" (Australia, the United Kingdom, and Europe only), and "Concertina" (US only). The second disc, Venus Live, Still Orbiting, is a thirteen-track album compiling live tracks recorded from her Plugged '98 tour. This is the first official live release of Amos's career.

Boys for Pele is the third studio album by American singer and songwriter Tori Amos. Preceded by the first single, "Caught a Lite Sneeze", by three weeks, the album was released on January 22, 1996, in the United Kingdom, on January 23 in the United States, and on January 29 in Australia. Despite the album being Amos's least accessible radio material to date, Boys for Pele debuted at number two on both the US Billboard 200 and the UK Albums Chart, making it her biggest simultaneous transatlantic debut, her first Billboard top 10 debut, and the highest-charting US debut of her career to date.

After a bad morning with my Uncle, I came home and this CD was ready to listen to. Tony Christie is a great singer. He does an excellent job when he sings “Most Beautiful Girl” (Charlie Rich), “Way We Were” (Gladdis Nite and the Pips), “You’ve Lost That Loving Feeling” (Righteious brothers) and another Charlie Rich cover, “Daddy Don’t you Walk So Fast”. Tony is best remembered for a Neil Sedaka penned classic, “Is This the Way to Ammarillow”. I also enjoyed songs like “Loss Vagus”, “Drive Home Safely, Darling”, a song about a girl who says her last goodbye and gets killed in a car accident, “I Did what I Did For Maria”, Don’t Go Down to Remo” and “Avenues and Allyways”. It’s a god damn shame this CD is out of print! I think the selection on this particular CD is better than “the Definitive Collection” because Tony’s best work was his 1970’s stuff and the stuff he recorded later on including “Walk Like a Panther”, thankfuly not included here was one of the worst songs of all- time.

A classic Tony Bennett album has to be among any collection of the best singers of the second half of the 20th century. His definitive versions of so many songs, especially Stranger in Paradise and I Left My Heart in San Francisco, are part of the memories of practically anyone born before 1950. This album brings together the favourites and is one I shall keep in the car to make every journey that bit pleasanter.

Happy Mystery Child is the ninth studio album by Trisomie 21, a French electronic/coldwave group led by Hervé and Philippe Lomprez. Released by Le Marquis Records on December 11, 2004, the record marked the return of Trisomie 21 5 years after their prior studio album.

Fused is the second solo album by Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi, released in 2005. The album also features vocalist/bassist Glenn Hughes (who briefly fronted Black Sabbath in the mid-80s, assuming vocal duties on the album Seventh Star - an album that was originally intended to be Iommi's first solo album) and drummer Kenny Aronoff.
