The album was recorded in a much different way from Queen's other studio albums. In early 1991, having completed work on Innuendo, and some months before his death, Freddie Mercury recorded as many vocals as he could, with the instruction to the rest of the band (Brian May, Roger Taylor, and John Deacon) to complete the songs later. Put to tape during this time were primarily "A Winter's Tale", "Mother Love" and what would eventually become "You Don't Fool Me".

The album was recorded at various studios across a four-month period in 1975. Due to management issues, Queen received almost none of the money they earned for their previous albums. Subsequently, they ended their contract with Trident Studios and did not use their studios for their album (with the sole exception being "God Save the Queen", which was recorded the previous year). They employed a complex production that extensively used multitrack recording, and the songs incorporated a wide range of styles, such as ballads, music hall, dixieland, hard rock and progressive rock influences. Aside from their usual equipment, Queen also utilised a diverse range of instruments such as a double bass, harp, ukulele and more.
Upon release, the album topped the UK Albums Chart for four non-consecutive weeks. It peaked at number four on the US Billboard 200 chart and became the band's first Platinum-selling album in the US. The worldwide sales for the album are over six million copies. It also produced the band's most successful single in the UK, "Bohemian Rhapsody", which became their first UK number one and one of the best-selling singles in both the UK and the world.

Word of Mouf is the third studio album by American rapper Ludacris. It was released on November 27, 2001, through Disturbing tha Peace and Def Jam South.
Recording sessions took place at PatchWerk Recording Studios, Dungeon Recording Studios and Noontime in Atlanta, Manhattan Center Studios, The Hit Factory and Quad Recording in New York, Hypnotized Minds Studio in Memphis and The Medicine Cabinet in Baton Rouge. Production was handled by Bangladesh, Jazze Pha, Organized Noize, I-20, Jook, KLC, Mike Johnson, P. King "The Specialist", Swizz Beatz, Timbaland, and Ludacris himself, who also served as executive producer together with Chaka Zulu. It features guest appearances from Fate Wilson, I-20, 4-Ize, Chimere, Jagged Edge, Jazze Pha, Keon Bryce, Mystikal, Nate Dogg, Shawnna, Sleepy Brown, Three 6 Mafia and Twista.

Genius Loves Company is the sixty-second and final studio album by rhythm and blues and soul musician Ray Charles, posthumously released August 31, 2004, on Concord Records. Recording sessions for the album took place between June 2003 and March 2004. The album consists of rhythm and blues, soul, country, blues, jazz and pop standards performed by Charles and several guest musicians, such as Natalie Cole, Elton John, James Taylor, Norah Jones, B. B. King, Gladys Knight, Diana Krall, Van Morrison, Willie Nelson and Bonnie Raitt. Genius Loves Company was the last album recorded and completed by Charles before his death in June 2004.

Aretha Louise Franklin - is an American singer and musician. Franklin began her career singing gospel at her father, minister C. L. Franklin's church as a child. In 1960, at the age of 18, Franklin embarked on a secular career, recording for Columbia Records only achieving modest success. Following her signing to Atlantic Records in 1967, Franklin achieved commercial acclaim and success with songs such as "Respect", "(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman" and "Think". These hits and more helped her to gain the title The Queen of Soul by the end of the 1960s decade.

После такой пластинки справедливо было бы ожидать чего-то экспериментального, но отважатся ли на такое музыканты, и будет ли такой шаг успешным – другой вопрос. Так что пока предлагаю просто наслаждаться творчеством замечательного коллектива и слушать, возможно, лучший альбом года.

Отчётливо слышится уже свой собственный стиль команды. Звук также подвергся изменениям: он стал более чистым и грамотным, ласкающим слух. Музыканты играют очень хорошо: где надо сыграют соло, а если нужно, то и от бластбита не откажутся. Приятно, что ребята сделали что-то отличное от дебюта, иначе на группе можно было бы ставить крепкий крест.

Да, этим страдают многие коллективы на пару со своими лейблами – страсть к изданию разнокалиберных сборников типа "rare, raw & previously unreleased" столь же неугасима, сколь и подсознательное желание срубить ну хоть немножечко деньжат. И если второе, так или иначе, понятно, то первое часто является поводом для недоумения. Конечно, попадаются порой удачные экземпляры, но пальму первенства определенно держат компиляции, содержащие вагон вариантов давным-давно заезженных фанатами трэков в виде "shitty mix", "sucky mix", (часто с добавлением всяческих студийных прибамбасов, примененных во время одной из сессий по пьяной лавочке), а также никому, в том числе и музыкантам, не нужные демо.

Вторых, как правило, большинство и, пожалуй, взвесив все "за" и "против", Eternal Oath можно отнести именно к этой категории — на "Hatred" можно услышать добротный death doom середины 90-х годов, разом напоминающий как о Crematory времен "Illusions", так и о Tiamat альбомов "Clouds" и "Wildhoney" с похожими атмосферными ходами, протяжными гитарными риффами и сочным гроулом,

Новый альбом замечательной и превосходной группы Falkenbach, как и ожидалось, выдержан по всем правилам своего стиля: великие мелодии, пришедшие из Исландии (а может и из Германии - ведь точно не дано понять, откуда группа то), атмосфера такая же, как и в предыдущих двух альбомах, звучание стало намного лучше, композиции по структуре улучшились, а главное, теперь можна закрыть глаза и увидеть тот самый прибой моря, или проследить за одиноким всадником, мчащегося в неизвестность.

На следующий год появилась и полнометражка ("Spirit In Flames"), причем вместо Роба играл уже Дэйв Лейтч. Оба последних релиза носили ярко выраженный трэшевый оттенок. В 2006-м Cancer распались вторично, причиной чему стала утрата интереса к проекту со стороны Уокера. Стокс же решил двигаться вперед и из остатков команды соорудил другой бэнд, Hail Of Fire.
