Reception of the album was generally positive. Allmusic critic Stephen Thomas Erlewine gave 4 stars out of 5 to the album writing that "this is Ferry's prime, a moment when his legacy was intact but yet to be preserved in amber" and that the album "consciously evokes this distinct period, sometimes sighing into the exquisite ennui of Avalon but usually favoring the fine tailoring of Boys and Girls, a record where every sequenced rhythm, keyboard, and guitar line blended into an alluring urbane pulse" and that "the songs are what makes this record something more than a fling".

Manifesto is the sixth studio album by Roxy Music, and was released in 1979 by E.G. in the UK, Polydor in Europe and by Atco Records in the US
Following an almost four-year recording hiatus, Manifesto was Roxy Music's first studio album since 1975's Siren. The first single from Manifesto was "Trash", which barely made the UK top 40.

This particular concert took place at London’s Paris Theater on March 9, 1972, but it was originally paired with another performance from February 19, 1970, and released under the less specific title Deep Purple in Concert. Both shows were recorded by the BBC, which is how the ’72 show ended up getting its own release in 2004 under the title Live on the BBC, but in 2012, that show received another reissue – this time with a new remix – and was released under its current title, In Concert ’72, and with the running order of the performance actually matching the original set list for the first time.

Rex album to make full use of the ever-expanding range of studio gadgets. And while the album represented a new musical departure, several tracks maintained a direct link to the old sound. My Sister Is My Clock is an EP released by the Belgian band dEUS in 1995 with the songs that did not make the 1994 LP Worst Case Scenario. It was recorded and mixed at Caraibes in Brussels in August 1994, and edited at the Pingstudio in Ghent. It was produced by the duo Vermeersch/Vervloesem, who also played guitar, piano, bass, and drums on some of the songs.
On the CD all the music is in a single track lasting over 25 minutes.
