Albert Cummings - is an American blues musician who has recorded under Blind Pig Records. He has played alongside B.B. King, Johnny Winter, and Buddy Guy.

The album follows the history of airborne exploration, from the mythological flight of Daedalus and Icarus to escape the labyrinth of the Minotaur in "Too Close to the Sun", through Leonardo da Vinci's search to design a flying machine, or ornithopter, in long-time Project drummer Stuart Elliott's "One Day To Fly", until finally mankind's aspirations for space exploration placed on the shoulders of a single astronaut in "So Far Away" and the subsequent superpower race to put a man on the moon in "Apollo", a track backed by John F. Kennedy's famous speech of 25 May 1961.
The song "Brother Up In Heaven" remembers Ian Bairnson's cousin Erik Mounsey who was killed in a friendly fire incident above Iraq in 1994.

Before his prolific activity in the field of music therapy, Agostino Nirodh Fortini also embarked on his own path in electronic music. In the early eighties he was a close collaborator of Walter Maioli and Fred Gales, at the time of the pioneering label Sound Reporters.
Suoni Immaginari, released only privately on cassette in 1988, contains a wide range of keyboards and lots of ethnic field recordings assembled with an absolutely modern praxis ahead of its time. Nirodh imagines his planetary odysseys as a complex of harmonic devices, nebula storms, glassy explosions and gravity-free falls. His operational horizon reflects further cultural ideas and suggestions; not only the artifice between natural sounds and the programmed machine but also the intrusion of arabesque dreams and jungles contaminated by invading insects and mad pipers. These are spectral symphonies which can have analogies with the fourth world of Hassell and Eno.

21 is the second studio album by English singer-songwriter Adele. It was released on 24 January 2011 in Europe by XL Recordings and on 22 February 2011 in North America by Columbia Records. The album was named after the age of the singer during its production. 21 shares the Motown/soul influences of her 2008 debut album 19, but also draws influence from the American country and Southern blues music that Adele started listening to during the North American leg of her tour An Evening with Adele. Composed in the aftermath of the singer's separation from her then partner, the album explores themes of heartbreak, healing, introspection, and forgiveness.

The Sign is a 1993 album by Swedish pop group Ace of Base, released as the band's debut album in North America, Japan, and some Latin American countries by Arista Records. The Bridge is the second album by Swedish pop music group Ace of Base. It was composed during 1994 and 1995, and released in October 1995. It is the only Ace of Base album to feature sizable contributions of writing, production, vocals, and harmonies by all four band members, each having an important part in its creation.
The album was preceded by the singles "Beautiful Life" and "Lucky Love", which had varied levels of success. Cop is the second studio album by American experimental rock band Swans. It was released in 1984, through record label K.422. On Cop, Swans took the style of their previous LP, 1983's Filth, and intensified it, utilizing slower tempos, more tape loops, and even more abrasive musical textures. The lyrics are again concerned with ambiguous themes like physical, often sexual domination and occasionally submission. Some publications recognize Cop as Swans' darkest, most brutal release.

И вот веселые немцы вновь сделали это - издав очередной сборник в своей "фирменной" обработке а ля 20-е и 30-е годы.Между прочим, эти обработки стали появляться в чартах неслучайно: грядет новая мода - мода на стиль, европейский шик, фрачные пары на сцене, нежность и романтику

Произошли они абсолютно во всём – исчезли хоры, тонкую лирику скрипки заменила серая печаль виолончели, клавишные перестали играть важную роль в создании атмосферы (их почти нет, за исключением песни «The Gate»), на первый план выведены резкие жёсткие гитары и ритм-секция, но звучат они как-то рвано, дисгармонично, женский вокал стал лёгким и чистым, утратив свою псевдо-оперность (впрочем, здесь это только в плюс). Доля экстремального вокала сократилась, новым вокалистом стал Кьетил Ингебретсен, обладающий совершенно иным стилем пения, нежели Веланд или Торсен.

"И что же вышло?" Жесткие, нарочитые гитарные риффы, прямолинейный текст с привычными любому метафорами - и знакомое ощущение, будто что-то происходит между строчек, между аккордов, до начала и после конца песни. Поскольку у художника отобрали всю символическую палитру, он набрасывает рисунок штрихами - две-три линии, и вы видите лицо, движение, чувство. Сократилось количество текста и упала сложность мелодии, но сохранилась плотность образов.

Просто группа потеряла в хитовости и выразительности. Да, отошедшие на второй план в "D.M.D." элементы прогрессива снова в строю, да, Ларс прибавил и спел получше, да, тяжесть и скорость перемежаются с лиричностью и мелодикой, как это было ранее... Но, увы, вещей калибра "The Iconoclast" здесь нет. Не удалось музыкантам создать что-то, что зацепило бы сразу и еще долго не отпускало.
