Madonna’s 14th studio album Madame X. Influenced creatively by living in Lisbon, Portugal over the past several years, Madame X is a collection of 15 new songs that celebrate Madonna’s career-long affair with Latin music and culture as well as other global influences. Madame X is the fourteenth studio album by American singer-songwriter Madonna. It was released on June 14, 2019, by Interscope Records. The album was creatively influenced by her expatriate life in Lisbon, Portugal, after relocating there in summer 2017. Madonna co-wrote and co-produced the album with a number of musicians, including Mirwais, Mike Dean, and Jason Evigan. It also features guest appearances by Maluma, Quavo, Swae Lee, and Anitta.
The album includes the singles "Medellín", "Crave", "I Rise" and "I Don't Search I Find" as well as two other promotional singles. All four singles reached the top spot on the Dance Club Songs in the United States, extending her record as the artist with the most number-one songs on a singular Billboard chart, with a total of 50.

Sodom’s “Sacred Warpath” EP comes a year and some change after Tom Angelripper and company pulverized a fair number of balls on the long-running faction’s fourteenth full-length album called “Epitome of Torture.” The mini-release features a studio track, “Sacred Warpath,” with three live cuts recorded in Germany in 2014. Safe to say Sodom’s style has latched on to a more complicated brand of songwriting based on the title track’s six-minute running time. It fits the bill to hold congress with other burners like “City of God” or “Stigmatized” (two songs that appear on this EP in a live setting, coincidentally) without jeopardizing the consistency of Sodom’s ability to still sound fresh while many of the band’s cohorts have expired creatively or resorted to phoning it in.

Who's That Girl is the first soundtrack album by American singer and songwriter Madonna. It was released on July 20, 1987, in the UK and on July 21, 1987, in the US by Sire Records to promote the film of the same name. It also contains songs by her label mates Scritti Politti, Duncan Faure, Club Nouveau, Coati Mundi and Michael Davidson. The soundtrack is credited as a Madonna album, despite her only performing four of the nine tracks on the album. After the commercial success of the film Desperately Seeking Susan (1985), in which she co-starred, Madonna wanted to act in another comedy film titled Slammer, about a woman named Nikki Finn who was falsely accused of homicide. However, due to the critical and commercial failure of her adventure film Shanghai Surprise (1986), Warner Bros. was initially reluctant to greenlight the project but later agreed.

Не скажу, что он плох, но есть в нем что-то, что наводит на мысль о том, что все это уже неоднократно было. Тот же стандартный набор клише (ими же и созданный) и ритмов, тот же вокал от скриминга до гроула, те же риффы, но, правда, в несколько другом порядке. Средненький такой альбом. Слышны мелодии а-ля In Flames, частично полудумовые композиции и чистый дет в стиле "лицемеров". Фирменная атмосфера Hypocrisy, как всегда, наличествует и парит надо всем.

Многие рассматривают "Wizard" как немецкий ответ "Manowar", и в какой-то мере это действительно так. Проповедники тру-метал из города Бохолта начали свою деятельность в 1989 году. Создателем команды является барабанщик Сноппи Денн, два первых года тасовавший состав, пока не добился нужного результата. В итоге в 1991-м сформировался прочный костяк группы в виде: Свен Ди'Анна (вокал), Майкл Маасс (гитара), Волкер Лесон (бас) ну и плюс сам Сноппи за ударными. Internal Bleeding, безусловно, культовая команда в кругах почитателей death metal, хотя особой известности они так и не снискали. Помимо того, что "Внутреннее кровотечение" принадлежит к т.н. нью-йоркской школе дэта (Suffocation, Baphomet, Skinless, Pyrexia и пр.), группа эта считается наряду с Dying Fetus одной из наиболее важных в истории развития такого подстиля дэта, как slam death metal. Характеристики жанра - мощные басы, грайндовые разгоны и упор на среднетемповый кач во всей красе представлены на дебютнике американцев "Voracious Contempt". Музыка группы представляет собой тяжелый, низкочастотный, преимущественно размеренный и немного небрежно (но ни в коем случае не коряво!) сыгранный death metal. Звучание на альбоме подчеркнуто олдскульное (записано это было более 15 лет назад) и грязное и способно свернуть уши в трубочку "рядовому" любителю современного метала.
