Дебютная работа этой группы уже ясно дает понять о своих серьёзных намерениях (группа существует с 1996 года). У музыкантов чувствуется композиторский талант и большой потенциал. Благодаря прогрессивной составляющей материал разнообразен и витиеват, коллектив не зацикливается и не топчется на месте. Синтезаторы используется здесь в качестве создания атмосферы, никаких визгливых солирующих клавиш вы здесь не услышите, все соляки гитарные и к тому же довольно техничные.Финны оказываются довольно изобретательными в музыке и "Spirits And August Light" - довольно сильный альбом, который впитал в себя только всё самое лучшее из направлений Progressive Death Metal и Melodic Death Metal. Альбом великолепен прежде всего с композиционной части - невероятные цепляющие переходы и маневры с завораживающими виртуозными соло партиями. Это стоит услышать. Материал гармонично сочетает тяжесть и мелодику.
