Evildead – команда, появившаяся после прекращения деятельности на неопределённый срок Agent Steel, котировавшихся в середине 80-х на одном уровне с Anthrax и Overkill. Лидер команды Гарсия успел отметиться и в культовой ныне команде Abattoir, успевшей выпустить два неплохих, но в целом не особенно примечательных альбома. Evildead хорошо стартовали дебютным «Annihilation of Civilization», но из-за кадровых неурядиц группа понесла большие потери в лице более подкованной технически ритм-секции Санчез/Элениз. «The Underworld» стал вторым и последним для группы, замолчавшей почти на 20 лет. Группа явно пыталась явить слушателям что-то нетривиальное, но запуталась в собственных творческих претензиях,
