Альбом не ординарный получился. До «Invictus» совершенно не дотягивает, нет здесь такой дикости и яркости песен как было на нём. Во-вторых, чересчур много вставок, как инструментальных, так и с вокалом – из-за этого путается вся картина, я понимаю что «The House…» это концептуальная опера, но не настолько же что бы за количеством композиций терялось самое главное – музыка, а так сделано всё в принципе неплохо – плотное качество записи, мягкие хоры, резкий голос ДеФейса, скорость и симфоничность – вполне в стиле позднего Virgin Steele. Самыми яркими хитами на альбоме можно назвать открывающий номер «Kingdom OF The Fearless» - очень приличный боевик, держит позицию наравне с заглавной песней из Инвиктуса «Invictus», дальше идёт шедевр – это баллада «Child Of Desolation», она обладает настолько широким мелодическим диапазоном, что даже не важно какой стиль музыки вы слушаете –должна понравиться всем,
