Первый полноформатник «Вифлеема» получился несколько менее атмосферным, чем предшествующий ему миньон «Thy Pale Dominion». Музыка стала суше, заметно увеличилась блэковая составляющая, хотя еще и далеко не до уровня следующего альбома. Все-таки, здесь еще по большей части мы имеем возможность слышать дум-дэт, иногда замедленный до около-фьюнерального звучания, но с некоторой блэковой резковатостью и частотной завышенностью саунда, который чередуется с быстрыми, но более редкими блэк-дэтовыми фрагментами.
