Умиротворение и блаженство сродни погружению в обволакивающую сознание нирвану — вот, пожалуй, наиболее подходящее определение этого состояния. От “Dark Roots of Earth” я не ждал слишком многого, и тем приятнее констатировать, что изъянов в новой пластинке калифорнийского Завета мною не замечено почти никаких и альбом достоин очень высокой оценки по любым временным меркам и всем возможным критериям. Отраднее же всего то, что звучит он абсолютно естественно и непринужденно и всё в нем за редкими исключениями предельно уместно — каждое лыко, что называется, в строку.
