Дэт-метал старой школы, со злющим вокалом Christian Mummelthey (в лучших традициях Джона Тарди из Obituary), минорными соло-партиями и вязкими риффами, словно следуя заветам того же Фрейда, минуя сознание, бьет сразу по подсознанию. Кстати, и чистый вокал появляется в музыке Incubator уже на этом альбоме, и звучит он вполне канонично: немного истеричный и слабеющий "глас умирающего". Запомнить что-либо из этого релиза после первого прослушивания, кажется, невозможно. Но вам точно станет не по себе, можете мне поверить, очень уж специфическая атмосфера царит на "Symphonies of Spiritual Cannibalism".
