Отличный альбом, конечно не настолько яркий как предыдущий диск «The Nature Of Evil», но всё равно сделанный очень крепко и мощно. Он вызвал серьёзный резонанс среди металлических журналов, хотя я думаю, что Синнер ещё раньше в 97 году выпустил отличный альбом, способный привлечь не только фэнов группы. Здесь же понравились песни «Blood Relations» и «The Propheсy» - треки в лучших традициях Грешника, также заглавная «The End Of Sanctuary» по сути, ни чем не хуже чем другие заглавные песенки с предыдущих альбомов («Judgment Day» или «The Nature Of Evil»). В целом больше чем нормальная работа, хотя и хотелось, что бы Мэт уделял внимание не только Primal Fear, а и своей родной группе.
