Новый альбом October Tide, по сути, продолжает линию предыдущего опуса “Grey Dawn”, песни более динамичны, чем на “Rain without End”, максимально приближая звучание к doom-death. Общий саунд более аскетичен; как и на втором альбоме, нас не балуют обилием акустических вставок и резких смен ритма. В основе музыки по-прежнему лежит не умолкающая ни на секунду тоскливо-мелодичная соло-гитара. Немного задвинутый на задний план рифф время от времени всё же берёт власть в свои руки, но ровно настолько, насколько нужно, чтобы не превратить альбом в вязкое месиво.
