В декабре 2008-го Waco Jesus приступили к записи своего последнего на данный момент альбома под названием "Sex Drugs & Deathmetal", релиз которого состоялся на независимом лейбле Waco Productions в 2009-ом году. После этого группа отправилась в турне по Европе, прихватив с собой для свободного распространения заранее изданный в марте мини-альбом "Tour 7", содержащий в себе два трека со свежего полноформатника.
