Атмосфера альбома неповторима, ничего подобного Slayer'у (да и вообще кому-либо в этом жанре) раньше создать не удавалось. Он на редкость гармоничен, все песни произвольно сливаются в одну длинную композицию. Некоторые трэки обладают сильным эффектом погружения, благодаря чему в них можно надолго "утонуть" (особенно это касается "Desire", "Wicked" и "Overt Enemy"). В результате, прослушивание альбома превращается в сакральный оккультно-сатанинский экспириенс, где вопли Арайи плавно переносятся из наушников в собственный мозг. Мрачные и кровавые тексты как нельзя лучше дополняют музыку (впрочем, с этим у Slayer всегда все в порядке).
