Классика дэта со знаком качества Morbid Angel. «Formulas Fatal to the Flesh», как и другие работы коллектива, является увлекательнейшим путешествием в глубины ада, экскурсией в творческую лабораторию группы. Что меня больше всего привлекает в Morbid Angel, так это невероятная плотность риффов и мощь ритм-секции, которые не мешают проявиться и непомерной глубине атмосферности в гитарных соло и иногда в клавишных. О том, что гитарные хитросплетения вуду Азагтота и разнообразные ритмы и сбивки Сэндовала придают музыке интеллектуальное звучание, говорить, я думаю, уже не имеет смысла.
