По этой структуре и выстроен весь альбом: свирепые, блэковые (кстати, кажется, настолько «чернушной» группа не была с самого дебюта) номера вроде упомянутой заглавного, «The Seed of Tyrant», «The Alchemist's Head» перемежаются более спокойными внешне, но не внутренне. Это вполне объяснимое решение: На фоне заторможенной ритм-гитары возникают фантастические узоры из соло, а Алан может развернуться во всю мощь своего голоса, заставляя оживать собственные метафоры, которые он пропевает.
