Осенью 2007 года проект Apati был образован C9H13N и Obehag, чтобы выразить своё отношение к миру. Несколько позже их друг, Professor X, проникся их мыслями и чувствами и вскоре присоединился к проекту. Втроём они начали писать музыку, но чего-то не хватало. Весной 2008 к проекту присоединился Patient C.6 июня 2009 года на лейбле Total Holocaust Records выходит их первый альбом, "Eufori". Лирика альбома и тексты песен были в основном на шведском, но даже не смотря на это альбом многим понравился. Некоторые до сих пор считают его лучшей работой группы.
